AlphaGraphics KC Awarded G7® Master Qualification
We are excited to announce that AlphaGraphics Kansas City has achieved the G7® Master Facility Colorspace Qualification awarded by Idealliance®! Idealliance is an industry group dedicated to guiding best practices, specifications, and printing standards, on a national scale. The G7 certification is an industry-leading set of specifications for achieving visual consistency across all print processes.
Printers, marketers and brands use this global standard to measure the color accuracy on any output device. The G7 Certification indicates that we have calibrated our equipment and systems to the G7 color curves and are capable of repeatedly delivering color-consistent proofs and print products. “Color management has always been an integral piece of our printing process. Adding the G7 Certification is additional validation of our commitment to reduce costs, maintain quick turnaround times, and improve color consistency for our customers,” says Haley Haar, the AlphaGraphics KC president.
When asked about the recent certification, Haar views the G7 Certification as the ideal complement to our company’s quality management program. “I am extremely proud of our team for achieving the G7 Master Qualification.
