Inova Alexandria Hospital Project

Our local Hospital (Inova Alexandria Hospital) has a nonprofit that raises money to help the hospital. They do this via a thrift shop that operates year-round and the Alexandria Historic Homes Tour. They contacted AlphaGraphics of Alexandria and Arlington to produce several printed materials for this multifaceted event.

- Save the Date postcards are mailed and distributed by the board members.
- Invitations are mailed with an invitation, reply card and reply envelope. We print the mailing addresses onto the envelopes and stuff them. Then volunteers apply stamps and mail them.
- Numbered tickets—we generate the numbers and print them in sequential order. We also print small posters for businesses to put in their windows promoting the event.
- Invitations for a cocktail reception are mailed out. We address and stuff them but the volunteer’s seal them after writing personal messages to the invitees.
