JOEL KURIAN, Owner

Joel's background was mainly in operational consulting before entering the print and signage industry. He is now owner of AlphaGraphics locations at Memorial Park, Greenway Plaza and Downtown and leads the best team in the business. Born in Houston and raised between Houston and Sugar Land, Joel's Texas roots run deep as he is also a UT Longhorn that bleeds burnt orange!
In his spare time, you'll usually find him with his wife, 2 kids and dog, cheering on a Houston sports team or hacking a ball around a golf course.

ALLEN COOK, Vice President of Operations

Allen Cook joined Alphagraphics in 1990. Allen relocated to Houston from the Tucson area, where he had spent many years managing successful AlphaGraphics franchises. Allen brought to the table his wealth of quick printing expertise, project management and great customer service experience. Allen emphasizes a can-do attitude mixed with problem solving strategic solutions to build a successful team.
In his free time, he loves spending time with his kids. When he's not with his family, Allen is in the garage working on personal projects or quick fixes around his home.

SONJA DAILEY, Production Manager

Sonja is the backbone of this location and ensures everything is running smoothly. A Delaware native that has transplanted in Houston, she misses her friends the most. She packs a wealth of experience when it comes to production and adds value by always ensuring the highest quality output in the timeliest manner. She has business education studies from Norfolk Virginia.
In her spare time, she enjoys riding her motorcycle and cruising the streets of Houston. Sonja Dailey

CARLOS PEÑA, Graphics Designer, CSR, Social Media Manager, Webmaster

Carlos attended the University of Houston for a Bachelor's degree in Science for Digital Media. He also has a Bachelors degree in Psychology.
In his spare time, he enjoys photography and traveling.
