With distance in between us, Ross closed the gap with extra special customer service......just yesterday he became part of a contingency plan to print in Dallas and ship to Denver, because we are in the middle of a cyclone bomb here in the northeast and our printer closed for the day. We thought of Ross first, before considering local Denver printers.
