I'm a Customer Service Manager, and Carle is one of my favorite people I work with. He is so authentically customer-focused that you all are very lucky to have him. He is prompt, professional, intelligent, and hilarious (just to name a few of his good qualities). Whenever another member of your team reaches out to me about our orders (mainly Susan, Jane, and Ashli), they've been very kind and easy to work with. Also, walking into your store I'm always greeted in a professional yet casual way that makes me feel at ease.
