Before AlphaGraphics, Michael was a corporate sales and marketing leader working accounts in the beer industry, including national brands such as the Genesse, Molson, and Miller Brewing companies. He transitioned to the consumer goods industry at W. L. Gore & Associates. Michael has a bachelor's degree in business from Millersville University and an MBA from Marymount University.
About Ilene
Ilene began her career in the print industry working with Balmar Printing & Graphics in Virginia as an Account Manager. She moved to Delaware and started working with AlphaGraphics in 2000 as a sales and marketing manager. Ilene’s background in managing special events and fundraising with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and American Heart Association provided a foundation for working with larger businesses and prepared her for leadership roles. In 2010, Ilene joined the AlphaGraphics corporate team as a Business Development Consultant, holding various positions in management and onboarding new franchise owners. Ilene is the Vice Chair of the Advisory Council for the Greater Valley YMCA — Allentown branch. Ilene has a Bachelors Degree in Management from the University of Florida.

Ilene and Michael have two grown children. Their daughter, son-in-law, and grandson reside in Bend, Oregon. Their son is a flight attendant for American Airlines and lives in Philadelphia. Ilene and Micahel have a silver lab named Misty. They enjoy taking long walks with Misty, biking, visiting wineries and festivals, and spending time with their children and grandson.
