I wanted to place re-order for printed material that was originally ordered 4 years ago. Wasn't sure how smooth the process would be but all previous info was stored in their system so it was a breeze to place the new order. I also needed the finished product to be laminated and that too was a snap. It took all of one day for me to return and pick up finished product at a reasonable price.
