Mari Pierce (formerly Mari Connelly) has been an AlphaGraphics owner for twenty years. Between graduating from Northern Illinois University in 1985 and purchasing her AlphaGraphics franchise in 1991, Mari spent several years in Information Technology Management. She worked for such well-known companies as Latham & Watkins LLP, and Carson Pirie Scott & Co. Over the past twenty years, Mari has utilized her unique blend of hard work, employee satisfaction and dedication to customer service to grow AlphaGraphics St. Charles into one of the top 15% of all U.S. centers. Her focus on meeting the needs of her clients in a constantly changing business environment has earned her the AlphaGraphics Chairman’s Club Award for seven consecutive years. In addition, Mari has served on the AlphaGraphics Network Leadership Council, having been elected by her Chicagoland peers to represent the region on a national level. Mari is also active in the Fox Valley community. She sits on the Chairman's Advisory Board of CASA Kane County. She is also an active volunteer for Delnor Hospital, Livingwell Cancer Resource Center and Lazarus House Ministries.

Martin Pierce has been an AlphaGraphics owner since 2003. He is a graduate of Indiana University - Bloomington and a certified public accountant. Prior to purchasing his AlphaGraphics business center, he spent twenty-two years in the practice of public accounting as a partner with the international CPA firm of Ernst & Young. At E&Y he held various positions, ranging from Tax Consulting Partner, to Office Managing Partner in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to his final position as National Director of Tax Outsourcing Operations. In that position, Martin was engaged in the acquisition, start-up and operation of several boutique businesses for the firm. Martin retired from E&Y and purchased the AlphaGraphics location in Duluth, Georgia in 2003, which he operated and expanded, resulting in a top 15% operation by 2006. In late 2007, he sold the Duluth center and its sister location in Buckhead, Georgia, and relocated to St. Charles to join Mari in operating the AlphaGraphics there. Recently, Martin and Mari acquired AlphaGraphics at O'Hare, as well as AlphaGraphics Arlington Heights - Elk Grove Village.
