Getting Started
Whether you call (

quote request on our
web site, you should receive an immediate response from one of our Customer Service Representatives – Cecile or Dorena. You can expect to them to inquire about the details of your project and help determine how to best complete the project in the most efficient manner.
Project Estimates
Every project we execute at AlphaGraphics Cumberland Galleria must have a client approved estimate. The estimate will list the details of the project and your pertinent contact information. We ask our first time clients to provide a 50% deposit to begin the project. They also receive a 10% discount just for being new clients! Also, for the convenience of our clients, your order will have a link to make payments on line.
Proofing Your Project
ALL PROJECTS RECEIVE A PROOF. Upon approval of your estimate, you will need to send in your art work files to your account representative. Our in-house design team reviews every project prior to being queued for production (also known as pre-press). Our team at AlphaGraphics Cumberland Galleria wants to make sure that your finished product is properly designed to provide your brand the best look when printed. For every project, you will receive a proof to review. Within each “proof” email, you will receive the following guidance:
Proofing Best Practices:
Print out the proof at 100% resolution to check for
content accuracy.
Review the proof at 100% resolution in your PDF viewer to check for
color accuracy. (Yes, the color is usually better on a screen than a home or office printer.)
Review the proof on a high-quality display. The order of preference is:
Desktop monitor
Laptop screen
Mobile Device (while these devices continue to get better, they often do not accurately portray the actual colors that will be printed)
If color matching, resolution, or print quality of the artwork is critical to your project, we are happy to provide a printed proof prior to printing.
These best practices help ensure accuracy for your projects and a positive customer experience.
Completing your customer experience
Basic projects are usually completed with 48 hours from the time that your proof is approved. At the time of completion, your AlphaGraphics Cumberland Galleria associate will send an email and follow up with a phone call to make you aware that your project is ready for to be picked up. In the email, an invoice for the project will be attached.
To make the transaction efficient, most of our clients use the
EASY PAY LINK near the top right of the invoice. This link allows you to pay the invoice on line. Notify us upon your arrival to the center and we’ll happily bring your project out to your car. A very fast and efficient process. Of course, if you want to come in, say “Hello” and schmooze for a bit, we’ve got a fun team with great stories to share! We can even sit down and talk about that next project on your “TO DO” list.
