When you visit our Franchised business centers, use our online Services, apply for jobs, or otherwise contact us, we request certain information about you. The exact information we need to collect will depend on the purpose of our interaction. If you apply to become a franchisee or apply for a job with us, we also collect any information you provide to us during the application process.

Our Service Providers, Franchisees, subsidiaries and affiliates. We employ service providers to perform tasks on our behalf and to assist us in providing our Services. For example, we engage third parties to provide administrative services, marketing, analytics services, web hosting, customer service, and payment processing. If you place an order on our website or otherwise initiate services from our website, we provide your information to our appropriate Franchisee(s) in order to perform those services. We provide your information to our Franchisees in order to send you information and promotional materials including that which you have requested from or about such Franchisee or their services; if you wish not to be contacted by our Franchisees you may utilize the ‘opt out’ feature in any email you receive. We also provide your information to our subsidiaries and affiliates in connection with the operation of our business. We take commercially reasonable steps to help ensure our service providers, Franchisees, subsidiaries and affiliates provide at least the same level of protection for Personal Information as we do.

Companies Involved in Mergers and Acquisitions Transactions. If we sell or otherwise transfer part or the whole of our business or assets to another organization (e.g., in the course of a

We have not sold your Personal Information, as such word is defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, in the prior 12 months.
If you provide, or allow your device to provide, us with Geolocation Data, we will use it to provide you with information about the closest PostNet or Alphagraphics location, and to make improvements to our products and services. We do not sell this information or share it for the purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect or solicit any Personal Information from children. If you are under the age of 16, do not use or provide any information in our Services. In the event that we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child without parental consent, we will promptly take steps to delete that information.

Mobile Subscriber Information
Your Mobile Information will NEVER be shared with other parties under any circumstances. This includes no sharing with third parties, affiliates, or for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text Messages: By sharing your phone number with us, you authorize us to contact you, including by sending text messages directly or through a conduit text messaging service and other communications to a cell phone using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice message, at any number you provide. You acknowledge that any text messages or prerecorded messages sent by us may contain sales or marketing content. You may revoke your consent for us to contact you at a specified telephone number by communicating your revocation to us through any reasonable means.

You acknowledge that any text messages or prerecorded messages sent by us may contain sales or marketing content. You may revoke your consent for us to contact you at a (480) 968-7821 by communicating your revocation to us through any reasonable means. Your Mobile Information will NEVER be shared with other parties under any circumstances. This includes no sharing with third parties, affiliates, or for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Text Messages: You will NOT be contacted via text messages unless you register for one of our classes and Opt-In on the registration form to receive SMS about the class; date, time, location, and reminders.
• You may Opt-Out from receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP or contacting us directly.
