A common size for invitations and announcement cards, or thank you cards is 5" x 7" which fits perfectly into A7 sized (5.25" x 7.25") envelopes and is generally in stock on our floor in a selection of colors and textures. You can also double that size to 10" x 7" and then score and fold at the 5" mark making the perfect foldover greeting cards or thank you notes. If you are looking for something a bit larger, then a standard 8.5" x 11" sheet when folded in half to 5.5" x 8.55 will fit into an A9 sized (5.75" x 8.75"). If you are using an online design program like Canva look for common-sized formats so that you don't design something that will be difficult to find a matching envelope to go with.
