Apparel Printing Services FAQs
1. What is the minimum order size?
We can print as few as a single T-shirt in just a few days using our DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing on cotton T-shirts. Silk screen printing is best for larger quantities and starts at 12 units. If you need your logo embroidered onto a polo shirt or ball cap, we first need to digitize your vector logo (a process that converts a digital file into a stitchable design). Once digitized, we can embroider most items, including backpacks and more. We also accommodate much larger orders (144 shirts or more!). Hosting a charitable walk or fun run? We can silk screen up to 8 colors on each shirt using our state-of-the-art direct-to-screen process and automated silk screen presses.
2. How long does it take to print my order?
We can produce one or a few custom DTG-printed T-shirts in as little as a few days, provided your artwork files are correct. Vector logo digitization takes a few days, after which we can embroider polo shirts or a dozen items in as little as 5–8 working days. Need 1,000 custom silk screen-printed T-shirts? Please allow about 5–10 working days. All these processes are done in-house—nothing is outsourced to centralized facilities in other states.
3. Can I provide my own garments for printing?
Yes, you can bring your own apparel for customization! We’ll guide you on acceptable fabric types, garment conditions, and any additional handling costs to ensure a smooth process. Since we offer a wide range of printing and embroidery processes, feel free to call us for exact details.
4. Do you offer rush orders or expedited services?
Need a fast turnaround? We offer rush and expedited printing services. A few custom DTG-printed T-shirts can be ready in a few days, while a dozen high-quality ball caps and matching polos typically take 7–10 days. Call us for specific limitations based on service type or order size.
5. What file types do you accept for artwork or logos?
To ensure the best results, submit artwork in a vector file format such as PNG, AI, or EPS. For optimal printing quality, we recommend high resolution, proper color settings, and clean file preparation. Note: Bitmap or JPEG files are only suitable for lower-resolution printing and may require additional graphic design work to convert them into a proper vector format. Have questions?
