Jane owns three successful AlphaGraphics centers in Central Texas. She brings over 30 years of corporate and entrepreneurial leadership experience. She earned an MBA from Emory University and a BBA from Southern Methodist University. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her sons, Mother and dogs.

Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing
With a background in portrait photography, Carle brings a creative eye and attention to detail to everything he does. He is passionate about motorcycles and cross-country road trips, where he finds inspiration on the open road. His four beautiful children are his greatest joy, and he spends a lot of his free time at volleyball tournaments cheering on his youngest daughter. Specializing in environmental graphics and event signage, Carle combines his artistic skills with a love for helping people to create beautiful offices and memorable experiences.
General Manager Small Format
Born in Austin, Texas, Ashli has worked within the print industry for over a score. A self proclaimed workaholic, she has an intense passion for what she does. Her career with AlphaGraphics has afforded her the chance to advance through various roles within the company. Her obsession with Dr. Pepper and ice cream helps her maintain her youthful appearance. She has been an avid reader from a young age and considers herself a book dragon. She spends her free time with her fur sons, friends and family and she likes bartering at garage sales.
General Manager Signs
With over 20 years of experience in commercial printing, sign production, and vehicle wraps, Mick O’Brien is a seasoned expert in the industry. Originally from Pittsburgh and now living in Austin, Texas, he graduated from Allegheny College with a double major in Studio Art and American History. When he’s not leading projects, Mick enjoys Austin’s live music, cycling, motorcycles, and watching horror films. He also loves spending time with his dog, Keaton. Passionate about creativity and delivering top-notch service, Mick brings energy and expertise to every project.
Center Manager
Elysha, a native of San Antonio, developed a profound interest in both the sciences and visual arts during her upbringing. She earned a degree in Digital Media, specializing in Graphic and Print Production, from the University of Houston. Subsequently, she relocated to Austin, where she resides with her wife and their two playful corgis. Elysha commenced her professional journey as an inside sales representative, dedicated to delivering creative problem-solving and print solutions to her clients, ensuring their printing requirements are fulfilled while providing exceptional customer service.
Production Manager
Almost 10 years ago working as a barista, Orlando gained a part time position in a fine art print gallery learning to create and ship giclee editions of original painted works to artists and customers worldwide. Orlando soon combined the speediness of the service industry with the quality of fine art printing in a full time position at a small quick print shop in Austin's east side. After five years of everyday printing Orlando looked to the scope and volume only AlphaGraphics could offer.
Outside Sales
Faye has worked in the print industry for over a decade, starting in customer service and eventually landing in outside sales. She was born in Santa Fe, New Mexico but lived most of her adolescent and young adult life in San Antonio, Texas. Go Spurs! Faye and her fiancé Christina currently reside in Bastrop, Texas, a short hop from Austin. When she isn’t working, you can find her on the golf course or spending time with family and friends.
Inside Sales
Zach has been in the printing industry for just over a year, and focuses on building strong client relationships and helping clients' bring their visions to life. Originally from Denton, Texas, he moved out to the San Marcos area to attend Texas State University. He now lives in Austin with his Welsh Corgi, Porter. When he's not at work, you can find him at a concert or at Barton Springs!

Senior Director of Morale
Gracie comes to us from the Shiloh, Texas area. She was picked up by a Good Samaritan from Austin Dog Rescue and has been at the helm of morale ever since. In her spare time she enjoys digging holes in dirt, eating doggie ice cream, lounging on furniture and attempting to keep her younger sister, Payton, in line.
Director of Morale
Payton comes to us from the Bastrop, Texas area after spending a brief time in the shelter there. She enjoys having a good time and leverages her cuteness to get away with making not so good choices, sometimes. In her spare time, she works on keeping her good looks and protecting everyone from squirrels.
Morale Associate in Training
Nova Pickle comes to us from the Taylor, Texas area where she spent a short time in a shelter. She is the junior member of the morale team. We have high hopes that she will advance from leaving presents all over the shop to always putting smiles on team members' faces. She has expressed the need for positive reinforcement for her efforts instead of frequently hearing the word, “No.” In her spare time, Nova tries to play with her older sisters and acts like the puppy she is.
